There is something very satisfying about creating your farm, fish tank, or town and allowing it to flourish. The new game, TinyTown, does exactly that.
TinyTown is a new addition to the numerous Facebook games that we are already playing. It has just been around for two weeks but despite that, it now has almost 3,000 monthly active users.
As the game’s name suggest, you play the game to build a town. In fact, the mayor wants you, a giant, to build the tiny town (tiny because you’re bigger than everyone else) for its citizens. You have a list of requirements that you have to meet per level. Initially, you only have to provide some homes and jobs for the citizens. However, at level 5 you will also be required to provide power and water. At level 20 you will be required to provide waste management, educational, and health systems.
The buildings take time to build, although it is possible to do it faster (as quickly as 1 minute!). To do this, you must hire more workers for a higher cost, of course.
The money that you need in constructing this town comes from taxes that the citizens pay. The City Hall’s capacity to hold the taxes for you are limited. So once it reaches its limit, you will need to withdraw everything before it starts accumulating taxes again.
The game is quite addictive because it is initially effortless to level up and expand the land that you can build on. It easily gives you a sense of accomplishment, although the requirements do increase as your level increases.
The game was produced by Domisuto LLC. The company was only formed in October of last year. (To play on Facebook click HERE.)
