Define Your Problem
So why is it that you can’t log into your account? We recently surveyed the readers of Facebook Login, you may have participated yourself (the survey is still running, participate by answering the question “What is your most common Facebook Login problem?” in the top right of this page), and discovered that most common problem is that people simply cannot log into their Facebook account, and thus are unable to access their profile, friends, inbox, pictures, etc.
Can’t Access Your Account?
If you can’t log into your account, the first thing you need to do is visit our Facebook Login Help page. This is the definitive resource for helping you get back into your account. If the information on this page dosn’t help, you may need to contact Facebook directly. This is easier said than done, it took me a long time just to find an email address for support. Send your Facebook Support emails to support@facebook.com. I’ve yet to find a phone number for support, I don’t think it exists.
Is Facebook Being Blocked?
If your internet provider (employer, school, government, ISP, etc) is blocking access to Facebook, how are you going to log in? The answer is through the use of a Facebook Proxy Server. Facebook Login Troubleshooting
If technical problems are the reason you can’t log into facebook, it’s time to start troubleshooting.
Check your web browser
If you have more than one web browser, try opening facebook in Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Google Chrome.
Enable cookies and javascript
Make sure you have cookies and javascriptenabled in your browser.
Firewall settings
Check your firewall settings for and make sure port 80 is open.

I have been unable to play Bejeweled blitz for 2 days. When I click on the site. it comes up but then goes blank before it opens. What can I try?
Still even I click on my notifications Icon still it’s red circle appears and rarely see updates on notifications…it’s making me some difficulties to know updates..help me with this..
My account is all jacked up. Can’t view who likes a post, not even my own. When you click to see “other’s that like the post, a box pops up for a split second that says loading and then disappears… Can’t view my own friends list, can’t view anyone else’s friends list either. I can’t access my events, and I also can’t load the find friends tab, it just tries forever but wont load, the same as my events tab. I looked over the support page, there are no problems listed like the one’s I’m having. Can’t locate a support email address either. Please help…
I recently changed my email and password. I have recieved two emails from Facebook asking me to follow a link to confirm changes to email and one to password. Is this normal?
Now, when I try to log in to facebook, I keep getting warning that security certifcate for facebook is not updated, it may be dangerous to proceed????
Earlier tonight I got a message saying I couldn’t sign into my account; locked out due to malware. I have Norton 360 software, ran it and nothing came up. I went through the minimal steps to get back in, but wonder if there is something else I should do. Please advise me re: this situation.

Clicking Block App just stalls due to some redirect.
Not sure about it…but if you don’t intend to use the app anymore then you can just remove the app.
i have tried to log in since 12-17-11.
i’m caught in a viscous catch 22.
i tried to log in from my daughter in law’s computer on that day.
i forgot my password and tried to reset from there, i answered the security question, put in the reset codes, entered the crazy letters. i have tried at least twice a day since then without success because every time i try to log in i receive the same response “your account is temporarily locked you can access your account in 24 hours”. i sent an email to what address fb provided stating i would here back soon. that was at least 4 days ago. please resolve this so i can access my account and fb friends.

I’m having the issue. Have you been able to resolve it and if so, what did you do? On the Facebook help page, it says to clear your cookies and wait 24 hours; I tried both and still can’t get in. It asks me to create a new password every time and I’ve created so many I have no idea what the current password is! Let me know if you figure it out. Thanks.

Hello your face book login said I had to sign in from a computer when I tried from my iphone. So I login from a computer and it tells me my account was in violation due to sending friends requests to people I dont know. I have not logged in to my account for quite some time so how is this possible? I have not sent any requests either! So please look into this matter and let me know if I have a security breach or what.

I have been having issues with logging in since Monday Jan 16th.
I use google chrome. When trying to log in to Fb, it takes a few minutes to make the connection and when I am able to get in, I am unable to open many of my gaming apps.
I have cleared cookies, defragged, removed and re added google chrome…not sure what else to do.

I tried logging in and it says that I used a old password and that I had changed it at like 9:40 something today. Well i know I didn’t because I wasn’t even around the computer. I can’t log in and when I tried logging into my email that says the password is wrong there too so I can’t get the reset code. The cell phone I have listed isn’t even turned on and I don’t see where I can put in my new cell phone number to change it. Please help.

I created a custom list containing only the pages I want to receive updates from, but I’m noticing that a handful of pages I’ve designated to appear on the list aren’t having their updates show up in the feed, and I can’t figure out why. The regular News Feed has the same problem of being selective about which updates appear, which is why I created the custom list in the first place. I just want to have a feed where every update shows up like clockwork with no exceptions, and I’m not sure if this is a FB issue or something I can resolve on my own. Please advise.
