Define Your Problem
So why is it that you can’t log into your account? We recently surveyed the readers of Facebook Login, you may have participated yourself (the survey is still running, participate by answering the question “What is your most common Facebook Login problem?” in the top right of this page), and discovered that most common problem is that people simply cannot log into their Facebook account, and thus are unable to access their profile, friends, inbox, pictures, etc.
Can’t Access Your Account?

If the information on this page dosn’t help, you may need to contact Facebook directly. This is easier said than done, it took me a long time just to find an email address for support. Send your Facebook Support emails to support@facebook.com. I’ve yet to find a phone number for support, I don’t think it exists.
Is Facebook Being Blocked?
If your internet provider (employer, school, government, ISP, etc) is blocking access to Facebook, how are you going to log in? The answer is through the use of a Facebook Proxy Server. Facebook Login Troubleshooting
If technical problems are the reason you can’t log into facebook, it’s time to start troubleshooting.
Check your web browser
If you have more than one web browser, try opening facebook in Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Google Chrome.
Enable cookies and javascript
Make sure you have cookies and javascriptenabled in your browser.
Firewall settings
Check your firewall settings for and make sure port 80 is open.

I was able to log into facebook monday night nov 23rd, than i’ve tried the next day 24th a number of times, and its tells me that…my ACCOUNT IS UNAVAILABLE AT THE MOMEMNT AND SHOULD BE AVALILABE IN A FEW HOURS—still has not been up yet. I’ve tried to log in my husbands account to see if it was maybe a website issue and i can log in his no problem.

I have used my business email address to set up a profile – when in actual fact I should have set up a PAGE for my business. I am now unable to set up the PAGE because my email is in use in a profile I never intend to use. How can this be fixed? Any help would be appreciated.

Still waiting for a response….it has been a couple of hours and stil get the same message. I am able to log on to my daughters so it is not my computer or firewall….come on tell me what is going on???
I can log into Facebook just fine. I can see all my friends comments and posts, I just can’t comment or share any comments. I can click on anything else, but after I write a comment and click on “comment” It won’t save.
I am not able to pull up farmville, cafe world, or any of the other entertaining sites on my facebook account. Farmville is the only one that works. Can you assist me in correcting these problems. I have several neighbors in Farmville, my neighbor list shows them as neighbors but they do not show up in Farmville game I have ad neighbor icons on the neighbor list in the game but it is not showing the neighbors that are listed in my neighbor list. Is there anyway you can resolve this matter? Any help you can do to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated.

As admin to a group, for the past week I have been unable to see those requesting to join. When I go to the “requested” page it’s blank with white squares and a red “x”. What’s up?

I have tried to login to facebook for months now and my patience has worn a little thin waiting for someone to reply to my emails. I want to delete all account on facebook but can’t for I cant login.

I can no longer log into facebook using my email address. I initially set up my account using an old email address, but I added my current email to the settings and it does say you can log in using either which up until now I’ve been able to. I deleted my old email as I no longer use it and since then FB won’t allow me to log in using my current email address it just comes up with incorrect email/password. Its not my password as when I try to reset that it says my email isn’t known.
I’ve logged it or at least I think I have there has been no communication at all so you kinda think everything goes into a black hole. Pity its a good site but the tech support is very poor.
Someone stole my email address and created an facebook acc. now I am unable to join. I have tried to reset the password to find out who used my email address. It didn’t work. How is it possible for that to happen and can it be fixed. Does this person also have ascess to my private emails. Please look into this matter as I feel MY privacy has been violated. Netzero is also looking into this matter. Is their a customer service # where I can speak to someone?

I have no problem logging onto facebook, my home page will not show up. I cannot access any of my requests. I can get onto my profile,that’s all. NOthing is being posted to my wall.
I can get on facebook but i cant get my gifts out of my storage on farmville ,and i cant buy or sell anything , i cant even collect what my friends have sent me and they are mountun up ,its been like this 2weeks now
