Lately, city-building games are a rage among the Facebook game developer. Games such as My Town, Nano Towns, My City Life are some of the games that were released in the recent past, and all of them are city-building game. Such game allows the player to build their own and take care of their own city so that it becomes one of the most prosperous and best looking city.
Playdom, the game developers behind popular titles like Tiki Farm, Mobsters 2, and Sorority Life, brings to you this brand new city-building game titled as Social City.
There is some complexity involve in this game. There are population limits and the city’s residents happiness which the player have to manage. Moreover, player have to continue assigning jobs to factories in order to bring in good income for the city to prosper easily, apart from getting exp and income from other buildings like houses and business structures. Roads are free and self-constructing. One does not have to choose between different types of roads. Just click where you want to build the road and the game AI decides whether it should be one-way, two-way or whatever.
One thing that truly sets this game apart is the level of graphic quality the developers have put into the game. The graphics are crisp and nice looking. It is the best graphics i have seen in any city-building game on Facebook. In fact, one can actually see little guys walking, working and playing basketball while the clouds slowly drifts by

Of course there needs to be some improvement in the game – more specifically, the game doesn’t allow rotation of objects. More features on updates will be more than welcome. Apart from that and the little complexity mentioned above, building the city is fun. When one selects the building icon, grids appear on the city, which makes it a lot easier to align buildings.
This is a neat little game. Social City is a great contender for the top spot among all city-building games on Facebook.

i have been trying to play this game on facebook, but it keeps giving me error message 002 we have lost internet connection..i cant do anything with it..i would love to play it, but dont know how to fix the problem…i keep emailing you guys but have only gotten 1 reply and that was to try google chrome, but it locks up my computer….HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP
