We have received so much input here at Facebook Login about this issue. This post is meant to condense these please for help from our readership into a message aimed directly at Facebook.
“Facebook, if your listening, you are experiencing at mounting customer service crisis.Thousands of your most loyal users have been unable to access their accounts for periods of time ranging from a few days to more than a month. Please increase the size of your customer service department to adequately accomodate your massive growth. You’ve scaled your technology and userbase, now scale the support side.“
We recently took two polls here at Facebook Login. Within just a few days hundreds of our readers resonded, indicating that many have been locked out of their account for more than a month. This is absolutly unacceptable.
Additionally, comments have been left by our readers on Facebook Login Help, Facebook Technical Support, and Facebook Login. For example, today someone named Linda made a post that charterizes the sentitment of these disenfranchised Facebook users .
Ok, it’s been a week now that I’ve been getting that Site Maintenance error. If I was at work they would have laid me off for lack of productivity. I’m considering sending a press release describing the dark vortex that is Facebook tech support. Enough is enough.”
Facebook acknowleged the access problem as far back as October 6th, and it looks like the problem is yet to be fixed. The team here at Facebook Login is going to stay on top of this story as it develops. If you are still unable to log into your account, check back here regularly for new information. It’s amazing how Facebook just does not care about it’s users, just the money they gain, I’ve had this message come up for quite some time now and have had no help in trying to access it again.

I’ve not been able to access facebook for two days now and it sucks!
I have this same problem – I like to play the games and chat with friends. If my farm withers and my food spoils in cafe and my animals dont get fed in zoo – I’ll find something else to do that doesn’t include facebook. I have already used so many workarounds because of problems on FB. This is the last. It has been hours that I have not been able to access my account – small potatoes since it goes on for days, weeks and months for some people. FB basically has 24 hours until I don’t need it. That’s all I need to break the habit. Hope it comes back on – but if it doesn’t – SEE YA
facebook says my account is temporairaly unavailable n wont even let me try n get help idky cause i was just on it this mornen n it was fine now its like nope fuck you
ugh!. for the first time in 4 years, i could not access my account!!! speaking of loyal to FB!
This has only happened to me in the past week. But has occurred 4 times in that week. Its now been unavailable for 12 hours. I depend on FB to keep me in touch with my kids. Why All of a sudden does it happen to individuals. Other FB users in the same house dont get this message??
Im also havin trouble signing in to due to site issues
At this point I really don’t care if the site don’t ever start working. I ‘m just concerned about all my personal info and photos. Does anyone know if I can call facebook and have my account closed.

I am certain with this issue that these Facebook accounts are being worked on and not for the good you would expect.
Spying on you and watching and reteiving information is easy when they set up the account with unknown background programs running to send any info it collects to the spy account.
There realy is no reason for this random shut down like this.
Any other web server seems to have these temperary issues with tons of customers and most of the time in a certain areas. It seems to get resolved and all back to normal.
But here, we have random people getting for no reason the temperary down issue.
I would get this at work when they work on MY settings alone.
Come on, think a little bit, the Facebook account is just another site and if some one in a higher place wants your info, well, there it is.
Be carefull after it comes back on.
Why the Hell is there not even a phone number for customer support… why is my account “temporarily unavailable”… and who do I tell???? FB support sucks!
I AM ALSO GETTING THE MESSAGE THAT MY ACCOUNT IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE TRY AGAIN IN A FEW MINUTES. IT HAS BEEN UNAVAILABLE ALL DAY. HOW CAN i REPORT IT WHEN I CAN’T GET INTO FACEBOOK TO REPORT IT?
