American Idol Creator’s Online Reality Show

December 17, 2009

Simon Fuller, pop idol creator and manager, is going beyond TV with another reality show which will be broadcast on the internet and radio.

The program, If I Can Dream, is set to be broadcast from early next year in the US, which will first be streamed online before hitting television.

If I Can Dream will feature five young people; three aspiring actors, a model and a musician. Their experiences will be streamed live across the internet.

If I Can Dream will launch across multiple platforms, including mobiles and radio.

Viewers will have a chance to comment on what they see, and influence it, through blogs, MySpace, Twitter and of course Facebook.

“If I can Dream experiments with technology to provide, for the first
time, a complete open-door opportunity that allows the viewer to experience reality in a way never before attempted,” Fuller said, in a statement.

I really enjoyed the final 5 American idol group song last night. It was sad to see Aaron Kelly got rid of however I do believe the others were better singers hence he had to go!
