Criticism of Facebook
Facebook’s development as an Internet social networking website has met criticism on a variety of problems, including online privacy, child safety, and the failure to eliminate accounts without first manually removing the content. In 2008, many businesses removed their advertising from the website because it was being shown on the pages of questionable individuals and groups. The content material of user pages, groups, and forums has been criticized for endorsing subjects such as pro-anorexia and religious blasphemy. There have already been numerous problems with censorship, both on and off the site.
The modifications made by Facebook have already been criticized, in particular the new format launched in 2008 and the changes in Facebook’s Terms of Use, which eliminated the clause describing automatic expiry of deleted content. Facebook has also been sued a number of times.

I am very unhappy about FB rules !
I am a dentist , living in TEHRAN-IRAN . I am a respectful person , not intruder ,not abusive ! I really like to know people all around the world . I believed that FB was made to help people be friends . I always find suggestions in the right side of my home page “add as friend ” and sometimes I do . How can I possibly know that they do not want to be my friend without sending a request ?
If they do not want my friendship , they can simply decline as I have done several times . I do not want, or better , can to intrude someones privacy against their wish !
Can I ? I want you cancell my blocking because it,s not logical at all and please change your rules !

I insist that facebook unblocks me , because I have not done anything wrong ! I just tried to add somebody I knew as a friend whose photo and the phrase “add as friend’ appeared in my home page !

If I send a friend request and the person to whom I have sent that she/he can simly declines me .
