Have you forgotten your facebook password? If so it’s ok, you have some options.
Your first option is to visit facebook’s password reset page, enter your account email address as well as the security text located in the captcha, and click the reset password button. Instructions will be sent to your email address.
But what if you don’t have access to this email address any more? You’re not totally out of luck. Visit the Login and Password page at the Facebook Help Center. Here you will find the following help:
- I can’t log in to Facebook.
- I want to change my password.
- My account was hacked or “phished.”
- I want to change my login email address or add a new contact email address.
- I want to sign up for an account. I’m experiencing issues registering for an account.
- There is a yellow banner prompting me to confirm my account.
- I have questions about the “Remember me” option.
- Bugs and known problems.

I have a major problem. I forgot my facebook password so I clicked to reset it forgetting that the email I have connected to facebook is completely dead (it was a tmail address connection to my old tmobile phone — i now have at&t, there’s no way I can get the email back). so when it sent me the reset code, it went to my old email address. I don’t know what to do! does any one know how i can fix this?

I’m having the same problem as you are. I’ve filled out the <a href="http://www.facebook.com/help/login.php" login help form 5 times already and still no response. Someone told me to email support@facebook.com, I’ve had no luck there either. Please let me know if you find a way to get in touch with facebook and get back into your account. I’ll do my best to bring attention to this problem so that we can get some service here!

I have been unable to log in, as I am being told my password is incorrect. I know it is correct, but tried to go through thr reset process you set up on Facebook. I have never gotten the confirmation code. I have tried to email your support@facebook, and it came back, undelivered. I have called the number I found online and left messages. I am very concerned because I can not access my page, and am worried that my account has been hacked. I am seeing that many others are experiencing this same problem, with little to no response to correct their issues, either.
I have my FB account set to auto-logon. Since I don’t remember it, I can’t reset it. And the password reset capability seems to have been removed by FB, since you can click on a link to reset your password but the underlying PHP page does not exist. Ive given feedback on the HELP Center pages that the information is incorrect, but all I can do is wait and hope that they eventually fix their problems. I still have access to my email account, just can’t get the reset page to send the link TO my email since THAT is broken!
Suggestions, other than switching to MySpace or LiveJournal???

I tried to reset my password and did get an email with a link to do that. However, when I clicked on that link, the page it brought me to said it was not correct. After trying this a few times, I am told I have tried too many times and any further attempts, even through having you contract friends has been futile. I see you were doing maintenance last night at the time i was trying to reset my password. PLEASE contact me to reset my password. I don’t wish to set up a new acct. and lose everything on my Facebook page. Thanks

You transferred all the stats and information from my laptop to my pc account. My pc was an old account and did not have any major stuff on it. Your changes ha caused me to loose all my information, friends and pictures that I had on the pc. Where do I go to get this info back have you just handed me the shaft?
