Facebook’s geo-location service Facebook Places is now live in UK.
The Next Web reports the launch that took place on Friday, where Facebook product manager Michael Sharon walked the British press through the service.
UK is the first European country where the service is launched. Facebook Places was launched in the US in August and Japan last week.
Where Facebook will launch next is not know, but the rest of Europe may soon be able to update their location on Facebook.
